Description

As a Senior UX Designer at Conga, you will lead end-to-end design for complex enterprise product areas, from problem framing and user research through interaction design and iteration. You'll shape how thousands of enterprise users navigate critical workflows like contracts and pricing, define patterns for the Phoenix design system, and mentor junior and mid-level designers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design with a portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise or SaaS UX work
• Experience designing for AI-powered features: agentic workflows, AI assistants, or automated decision surfaces
• Proficiency in Figma including component architecture, auto layout, prototyping, and design system contribution
• Demonstrated foundation in core UX methods including user stories, journey maps, wireframes, and mind maps
• Strong communication and facilitation: able to run a critique, align a stakeholder, and write a clear design brief

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design for complex, cross-functional product areas from early problem framing through delivery
• Design for intelligent and automated product experiences including agentic workflows and conversational UI
• Collaborate with engineering to shape architecture decisions across core product experiences
• Plan and conduct strategic user research including interviews, usability testing, and concept validation
• Communicate design strategy to stakeholders across leadership, engineering, and product
