🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship production full-stack features for AI healthcare communication.
• Integrate with EHRs, legacy systems, and real-time voice infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, design, and senior engineers to ship software.
• Debug and improve reliability, performance, and scalability of live systems.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and learning quickly.
• Strong sense of ownership over quality, reliability, and impact.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM-driven systems.
• Experience with real-time or low-latency services.
• Familiarity with healthcare integrations or compliance.
