🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global Application Management function supporting mission-critical environments
• Define global operating model with SLAs, KPIs, and delivery frameworks
• Build and scale SRE function focused on reliability and automation
• Develop new managed service offerings like Interface-as-a-Service and AI workflows
• Drive AI automation strategy to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years experience in enterprise software, healthcare IT, or managed services
• Proven experience leading large-scale, globally distributed teams
• Deep InterSystems expertise with HealthShare, TrakCare, IRIS, or HealthConnect
• Experience with cloud/hybrid environments, DevOps, and observability tooling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building SRE or reliability-focused organizations
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and enterprise use cases
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks and interface engines
