Description

You will drive strategic management of drug development programs, leading cross-functional teams to achieve program goals. This fully remote role involves building organizational alignment, synthesizing complex information for decision-making, and acting as a spokesperson for the program.

Requirements

• Masters degree with 15 years or Doctoral degree with 10 years experience
• 15+ years in life-sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry
• At least 10 years multi-/cross-functional leadership experience
• Experience with development program leadership; registrational trials preferred
• Ability to interpret scientific data and competitive business information

Responsibilities

• Lead a Program Team to develop and execute integrated program strategy
• Build organizational alignment on program priorities and strategic objectives
• Synthesize complex scientific, operational, and business information into clear insights
• Critically challenge program plan assumptions, timelines, and budget
• Proactively identify risks and drive team to develop mitigations
