You'll be a technical leader building AI tools for the enterprise sustainability platform Watershed, leveraging LLMs and embeddings to help companies measure and reduce carbon emissions. You'll drive product and technical strategy while productionizing core AI features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prototype and iterate on AI-powered product areas
• Productionize and launch core AI technologies
• Collaborate on product and technical strategy
• Build evals, fine-tune models, and create agent harnesses

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of ML/AI engineering experience
• Experience building products with LLMs and embeddings
• Full lifecycle experience of deploying LLM-based products
• Strong foundational understanding of machine learning evaluation
