You'll support the CLO on corporate transactions and strategic initiatives at a fast-growing FinTech company. You'll drive continuous improvements in governance and company secretarial processes, leveraging AI tools and agent-driven workflows. This role offers exposure to global debt capital markets and equity management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support CLO on corporate transactions and strategic initiatives
• Lead global company secretarial requirements across the group
• Partner with Finance and People teams on equity management
• Provide ad hoc legal support on financial products and commercial contracts

📋 Requirements

• Irish or UK qualified lawyer
• 1-3 years transactional experience in corporate M&A, capital markets, or banking
• Experience with company secretarial matters and statutory compliance
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work autonomously

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with G-Suite, DocuSign, Notion, or equity platforms like Ledgy
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and agent-driven workflows
