🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with enterprises to develop CXP deployment roadmaps
• Analyze customer service interaction data for actionable recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in consulting, data analytics, or strategy
• Advanced SQL skills to write and interpret queries
• Client-facing experience of 2+ years
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for executive insight communication
