Description

You will lead product marketing at Cockroach Labs, building the PMM function from the ground up. You'll translate technical capabilities into compelling customer narratives, win the cost conversation against competitors like Aurora and Oracle, own the AI infrastructure positioning, and enable sales to close deals faster.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and leading a product marketing function
• Ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer value propositions
• Strong analytical skills to build TCO models and use data to drive decisions
• Experience enabling sales teams with competitive intelligence and deal accelerators
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rewrite product narrative in customer and business language
• Build TCO models and cost-comparison tools to win cost narrative
• Develop and own the AI Infrastructure Database positioning
• Create competitive enablement and vertical-specific deal accelerators
• Activate marquee customer logos for awareness through case studies and speaking opportunities
