Requirements
- 10+ years of account management experience with at least 4 years selling SIEM tooling
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts in security, observability, or performance management
- Deep reseller network with proven wins in cybersecurity reseller community
- Background in working for a startup in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers, ensuring world-class experience
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to align customer needs with offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize customer ROI and revenue
