Description

You will design and build mission-critical, low latency trading systems for Akuna Capital's proprietary options market-making platform, collaborating closely with traders to implement efficient and resilient Linux services using modern C++.

Requirements

• 3+ years developing performant, scalable applications in modern C++
• At least 2 years with C++20 or 23; template metaprogramming a plus
• Experience with Linux and Python
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, multi-threading, and asynchronous execution
• Object-oriented design and programming experience

Responsibilities

• Design and build mission-critical trading systems
• Implement efficient, flexible, resilient Linux services with modern C++
• Apply Agile methodologies in development
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews
• Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
