Requirements

• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum one year recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform thorough evaluations of functional status and develop individualized intervention plans
• Assess home environment for hazards and identify equipment needs
• Educate and instruct patients and families on rehabilitative care
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using touch pad tablet
