You will evaluate and refine AI-generated translations between Japanese and English, focusing on grammatical accuracy, fluency, cultural nuance, and context sensitivity. Your work will directly improve the quality of large-scale language models.

Requirements

• Professional translation, linguistics, localization, or language education background
• Strong command of both Japanese and English
• Experience with technical, literary, or media translation preferred
• Ability to articulate translation decisions clearly

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and edit AI-generated translations for accuracy and fluency
• Translate between Japanese and English in both directions
• Annotate errors and provide cultural/contextual explanations
• Suggest improvements to prompts, evaluation methods, and model behavior
• Challenge the model with idiomatic expressions and real-world scenarios
