You'll drive talent acquisition across Europe, sourcing and hiring for Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, and Tech roles. You'll shape a world-class candidate experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives within a mission-led organisation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and screen top talent for multiple departments across Europe.
• Conduct CV reviews and initial phone interviews.
• Organise full recruitment cycle in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
• Maintain candidate pipeline in ATS (Greenhouse).

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and French.
• Proven experience in recruitment within an international or fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
