Description

In this role, you'll support the finance team by managing AR aging, collections outreach, cash application, and credit management. You'll collaborate with billing and account management teams to resolve disputes and reduce credit risk, all while taking proactive steps to ensure timely payments from clients.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ years of billing/collections experience preferred
• NetSuite and Google Sheets/Excel experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Accurate cash application and ad hoc reconciliation
• Cross-functional collaboration with Billing and Account Management teams
• Responding to client inquiries promptly
• Proactive collections outreach and client education
• Monitoring AR activity daily for non-payments and irregularities
