You will manage the full hiring lifecycle for Marketing, Creative, and Operations roles. You'll source talent using creative techniques, advise hiring leads, and ensure a seamless candidate experience, helping build a world-class team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years recruitment experience with track record closing Marketing or tech/non-tech roles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to sell vision and build relationships
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience using ATS and data to track recruitment metrics
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
Responsibilities
- Manage full hiring lifecycle for Marketing and Operational roles
- Source top-tier talent via social media and specialized platforms
- Act as trusted advisor to Marketing Leads and Department Heads on hiring strategies
- Lead interview process with timely feedback and professional candidate experience
