Requirements

  • 3+ years recruitment experience with track record closing Marketing or tech/non-tech roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to sell vision and build relationships
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using ATS and data to track recruitment metrics
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher

  • Source top-tier talent via social media and specialized platforms
  • Act as trusted advisor to Marketing Leads and Department Heads on hiring strategies
