You'll lead high-value commercial negotiations and drive legal strategy for a global consumer review platform. You'll shape scalable frameworks supporting Trustpilot's continued growth at the intersection of law, business, and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex commercial negotiations including enterprise agreements and strategic partnerships
• Drive legal strategy by developing scalable frameworks, templates, and processes
• Act as senior advisor to commercial, partnership, and marketing teams
• Mentor and develop junior legal team members

📋 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in England, Wales, or Scotland
• 5-9 years PQE in commercial law (in-house technology or top-tier law firm)
• Expertise in SaaS agreements, software licensing, and data processing
• Proven track record of leading high-stakes negotiations
