🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development and improvement of outage standards for LM technology
• Oversee deployment of Live Outage content to the field
• Drive adoption of standard work and reconciliation best practices
• Serve as equipment-specific subject matter expert

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years Field Engineer or Project management experience
• 11+ years progressive experience in the field
• Experience in power generation and field services for gas/steam turbines

• Previous roles in Field Engineering, Outage Management, or Service Management
• International team management experience
• Proficiency in English
