• Create high-quality AI-generated visuals for performance marketing campaigns
• Produce photorealistic imagery and lifestyle scenes for conversion-driven advertising
• Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and optimization
• Iterate on creative concepts based on performance data and feedback

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in design or performance-focused digital marketing
• 1+ year hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent visual design skills including composition, lighting, and color theory
