💼 About This Role

You'll deploy AI-driven automations across non-engineering teams at Ramp, enabling high-velocity transformation of finance workflows. You'll build with low-code tools, measure impact, and embed an AI-first mindset into team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy dozens of AI-driven automations or copilots across non-engineering teams.
• Map processes, build workflows using low-code tools like Gumloop, n8n, Notion, Cursor.
• Measure impact via dashboards, QA checks, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Coach internal AI champions and embed AI-native practices into team norms.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years in product management, BizOps, strategy, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to build and ship in prior projects.
• Technical fluency with low-code/no-code tools (n8n, Gumloop, Cursor) and SQL/APIs.
• Strong communication skills to write crisp docs and run internal training sessions.

• Familiarity with departmental workflows in Sales, CX, Finance, Risk, HR.
• Prior experience in internal enablement or change management programs.
