💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary strategic finance partner at Roboflow, owning the planning and forecasting infrastructure that powers decision-making. You'll drive company-wide budgeting, reporting, and driver-based modeling to help the executive team allocate capital and manage growth. This high-agency role offers the chance to build FP&A automations and agents in a fast-paced, developer-focused startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue, expenses, and cash.
• Partner with department leads to manage budgets and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Lead monthly close reviews with variance analysis and executive narratives.
• Track SaaS KPIs like ARR, NRR, CAC payback, and operating margins.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Expert financial modeling skills, building complex driver-based models from scratch.
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics and unit economics.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting fundamentals and connection to FP&A outputs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a venture-backed software company between Series B and IPO scale.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or FPAC certification.
• SQL fluency and comfort working with BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar.
