🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead bioinformatics strategy for MRD assay programs
• Design and validate production-ready bioinformatics pipelines
• Mentor and guide bioinformatics scientists
• Partner cross-functionally with wet-lab, clinical, and regulatory teams

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Bioinformatics or related field
• 8+ years experience with 5+ years management in regulated healthcare
• Hands-on experience with ctDNA-based MRD assays
• Strong Python programming skills for production pipelines

• Experience with AWS bioinformatics workflows
• Understanding of germline/somatic mutation processes
• Working knowledge of R
