You'll drive strategic priorities and operational excellence across medical, engineering, and commercial teams. This role is designed as a force multiplier, ensuring reliable execution as the company scales.

• Drive the CEO's agenda through relentless follow-through
• Build and refine operating rhythms (OKRs, leadership meetings)
• Break down silos between medical, engineering, and regulatory teams
• Own special projects that don't have a natural home yet

• Execution experience in challenging, fast-paced environments
• Ability to act as a force multiplier from 'One to N'
• Hands-on, decisive mindset with a focus on implementation
• Fluent English and based in Hamburg
