💼 About This Role

You'll enhance build and deployment pipelines and collaborate with Engineering, QE, and Product to plan and execute releases. Your work will ensure reliable, repeatable deployments and enable teams to ship features on schedule. This role offers the chance to drive automation and continuous improvement at a leading AI contracting platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage weekly code deployment process and coordinate with QE and Devs
• Maintain and update release calendar and manage release items in Jira/Asana
• Coordinate feature flags and facilitate go/no-go decisions
• Manage hotfix deployment, incident reporting, and metrics tracking

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a release management/engineering or related role
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Docker, Kubernetes, GCP/AWS, Terraform, CircleCI, ArgoCD
• Experience with observability platforms like Splunk, Datadog, or Sentry
• Proficient in Git for version control and branch management

• Project Management experience with scheduling and risk management
• Jira/Confluence or Linear administrator experience
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tooling for release reliability
