You'll sit at the center of a fast-moving commercial legal function for an applied AI lab, managing high-volume enterprise SaaS negotiations and contract work. You'll serve as the connective tissue between GTM, technical, and operational teams, translating commitments into actionable guidance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage high-volume workflow of enterprise SaaS and licensing agreements
• Redline and negotiate key legal documents including NDAs
• Provide legal guidance balancing risk and reward across deals
• Engage with enterprise-level counsel to ensure swift closures

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience with high-velocity, high-growth tech company
• Diverse body of work including inbound and outbound contracts
