Description

As the Process Safety Manager, you will lead a team of technicians, specialists, and engineers to implement and manage process safety programs in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will coordinate with site leadership, represent EHS in management meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards while supporting groundbreaking operations.

• Ability to lead a team of technicians, specialists, and engineers
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety program implementation
• Experience in fast-paced, high-risk operational environments

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day and long-term activities of the process safety team
• Coordinate with site leadership on process safety involvement in development and procedure changes
• Represent EHS department at site-wide management meetings
• Provide guidance on job assignments, procedures, and techniques
• Implement OSHA-compliant occupational safety programs and documentation
