You'll craft AI generation policies, guardrails, and LLM-as-judge prompts for multimodal AI video content. You'll build agentic workflows that make generative video more consistent, spectacular, and directable. This role blends creative and technical innovation to push the boundaries of AI filmmaking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design multimodal video GenAI production workflows using tool chaining and fine-tuning.
• Develop policies, guardrails, and validation prompts for responsible AI.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to enhance AI capabilities.
• Refine prompts for AI tools to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent content.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with AI workflow design in ComfyUI
• Experience with agentic workflow design using Langchain/Langgraph or similar
• Proficiency in AI-based content creation tools
• Understanding of content production principles and workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Production engineering experience in VFX or animation
• Familiarity with filmmaking or animation principles
