Description

You will lead sales, marketing, and operational activities to achieve budgeted occupancy and retention goals, manage financial performance, and cultivate strong relationships with owners, residents, employees, and vendors. You'll inspire your team, ensure guest satisfaction, and work one weekend per month.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years property management, hospitality, or retail experience
• Track record building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
• Experience managing budget and/or P&L
• Proficiency with YARDI and industry software
