💼 About This Role

You'll oversee network and security operations for the Network Operations and Security Center. You'll ensure continuous availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT systems. This role offers the chance to lead a team in a high-stakes environment with TS/SCI clearance required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, document, and enforce SOPs for network and security incidents
• Act as primary escalation point for major outages and incidents
• Identify areas for incident response automation and tool optimization
• Collaborate with Operations and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 5+ years in a NOSC, NOC, or SOC environment
• Experience with network monitoring (SolarWinds, PRTG) and SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
• Strong troubleshooting with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and cloud security
