You'll bridge the gap between Engineering and Customer Experience, diagnosing and resolving complex production issues across our platform. You'll use AI to drive operational improvements and commit fixes to backend systems. This role blends critical thinking with technical skills in a fast-paced fintech environment backed by Walmart.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use AI to identify and implement operational improvements
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues
• Interface with vendor systems using SQL and API calls
• Commit fixes to backend systems
• Act as engineering consultant to automate manual processes

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of engineering experience
• Proficiency in at least one backend language
• Experience with SQL and REST APIs
• Excellent written communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of payment systems (card processing, ACH)
• Familiarity with AWS
• Shell scripting experience (bash, zsh)
