Description
You will lead and scale SG&A recruiting efforts at Anduril, partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for a variety of functions including People, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Marketing. You'll drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, manage complex searches, and act as a trusted advisor on organizational design and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive TA experience, 4+ in leadership or senior IC role
- Proven success in scaling recruiting functions in high-growth organizations
- Deep expertise in recruiting for SG&A functions (People, Finance, Legal, etc.)
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders on hiring strategies and pipeline progress
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for SG&A functions
- Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and methodologies
- Act as a strategic partner to C-level and senior leaders on workforce planning and talent forecasting
- Personally manage critical and leadership-level requisitions from intake to offer close
- Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, optimize performance, and present insights to leadership
