💼 About This Role

You'll provide multi-site technical support and manage network infrastructure including Fortinet firewalls and Wi-Fi. Your work ensures operational continuity and security for a fast-growing fintech in Latin America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees in Mexico City office
• Monitor and administer LAN/WLAN including Access Point configuration
• Manage Fortinet firewall, VPNs, and physical access controls
• Execute employee onboarding and offboarding including equipment and access management
• Maintain printers, video conferencing, VoIP, and endpoint inventory

📋 Requirements

• Networking knowledge with Fortinet (FortiGate) and Access Points configuration
• macOS and Windows system support proficiency
• Experience with MDM and Identity Providers (Jumpcloud, Okta, or Google Workspace)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like PRTG and ticketing systems like Jira

✨ Nice to Have

• Scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation
• English technical reading ability
• Fortinet NSE 4 or CCNA certification
