Description

You will own the Agent Experience domain, defining the strategy and roadmap for how Hala's Sales Agents sell, onboard, and serve customers. You'll build and scale a new product from 0-1, working cross-functionally to design seamless customer journeys and drive growth through improved experience.

Requirements

• Deep experience in B2B SaaS products involving last mile, ops, and delivery management
• Thrives under pressure, self-driven, and ownership obsessed
• Differentiates between noise and signals with laser focus on hard deadlines
• Handles multiple/fluid priorities and excels in ambiguous situations
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and commercial teams

Responsibilities

• Own Agent Experience domain: define strategy, roadmap, and development
• Design seamless customer journeys across mobile, internal portals, and integrated applications
• Drive growth through improved acquisition, activation, and retention
• Ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining intuitive customer journeys
• Mentor junior PMs and raise product skillset within HALA
