As a Senior Customer Success Manager at OneTrust, you will act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, driving revenue retention and growth through alignment, adoption, and world-class customer engagement. You'll manage customer relationships, ensure they get full value from the platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support adoption and expansion.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a relevant subject required
  • 5-6+ years in client-facing CSM, professional services, or technical consulting role
  • Effective customer-facing communication skills
  • Proven success working directly with customers
  • Experience implementing SaaS solutions and using SFDC, Gainsight

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors as a strategic advisor
  • Act as primary contact and sherpa to help customers navigate OneTrust
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to provide product expertise
  • Deliver business reviews and communicate ROI to customers
  • Utilize adoption metrics to identify risk and growth opportunities
