💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute Addi's talent architecture, transforming performance management and organizational design into competitive advantages. You'll relaunch the performance management system with agile cycles and establish a multi-level L&D learning map to define competencies. This role is key to scaling a high-frequency feedback culture and optimizing org design at a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Relaunch performance management system with agile review cycles.
  • Define and launch the Addi Competency Framework for all levels.
  • Increase feedback frequency through Radical Candor training.
  • Execute organizational audit to identify silos and redundancies.
  • Establish Performance Development Plan protocol for underperformers.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Talent Management, OD, or HRBP in high-growth fintech or consulting.
  • Proven success replacing legacy reviews with high-frequency feedback loops.
  • Expert-level command of Lattice, Culture Amp, or similar talent platforms.
  • Experience building frameworks and processes from zero to one in scaling environments.

  • Experience with Agile Project Management (Scrum/Kanban) for HR initiatives.
  • Track record in cultural turnarounds or remediation plans.
  • Ability to align C-level executives on new talent methodologies.
