Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in account management or customer success with Fortune 500 accounts
  • 3+ years of experience with complex technology stacks or SaaS infrastructure
  • Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders across all levels
  • Adept at analyzing client usage and performance data to provide insights
  • Skill in identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
  • Proactively identify opportunities for product adoption and expansion
  • Monitor and analyze client usage metrics to optimize their use of solutions
  • Lead regular business reviews to showcase value and align on future strategies
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback to contribute to product development
