You'll be the cornerstone of key customer relationships at Relay, a company building the digital foundation for the deskless workforce. You'll partner with Fortune 50 clients to drive product adoption, analyze performance data, and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in account management or customer success with Fortune 500 accounts
- 3+ years of experience with complex technology stacks or SaaS infrastructure
- Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders across all levels
- Adept at analyzing client usage and performance data to provide insights
- Skill in identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
- Proactively identify opportunities for product adoption and expansion
- Monitor and analyze client usage metrics to optimize their use of solutions
- Lead regular business reviews to showcase value and align on future strategies
- Gather and synthesize client feedback to contribute to product development
