💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical leadership for AI accelerator SoCs from specification through tape-out at a fast-growing deep-tech startup. You'll drive organization-wide technical direction across multiple teams and programs. This hands-on role combines architecture, implementation, and cross-functional influence without direct management responsibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define system-level architectures for AI accelerator SoCs.
• Drive RTL implementation through micro-architecture specs.
• Lead validation, bring-up, and silicon debug.
• Mentor senior engineers and set engineering standards.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital design for complex SoCs with multiple tape-outs.
• Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and micro-architecture development.
• Experience with large-scale SoC integration including CPUs, accelerators, memory subsystems.
• Track record of delivering multi-year technical initiatives across teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML accelerators or high-performance compute architectures.
• Familiarity with AXI and NoC architectures.
• Experience with silicon bring-up and post-silicon debug.
