You'll lead the Engagement & Platform Squad, driving cross-product capabilities and BackOffice architecture. Your work will shape scalable systems that serve millions of users, enabling immigrants to build financial stability across borders. This is a high-impact leadership role with meaningful ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions for scalable systems.
• Mentor engineers through structured coaching and development plans.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Growth to align priorities.
• Improve engineering practices, tooling, and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years building scalable distributed systems with Go, Java, or similar.
• Strong SQL fundamentals and experience with relational databases.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, DDD, and modular architectures.
• Experience with observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and secure coding.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with async processing patterns (queues, coroutines, message bus).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and AWS architectures.
