You'll observe operations and translate insights into designs that support both current projects and autonomous construction vision. This role offers direct impact—designs tested directly in live operations, working alongside engineers and a user advocate product manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the UX/UI design of your product area
• Run usability and concept testing with real users on site
• Translate complex workflows into clear, tested design solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience
• Expertise in responsive digital design and prototyping
• Proficiency with Design System governance and tokens
• English fluency and German B2 or higher

• Strong portfolio showcasing recent UX/UI work
