Description

As a Reporting Specialist Analyst on the Portfolio Analytics and Reporting team, you will execute and oversee periodic reporting processes, using tools like Power BI to compile accurate external client reports. You'll collaborate with various teams, develop data-driven content, and become a domain expert in reporting systems and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics preferred
• 2+ years experience; Private Markets experience preferred
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, Jira, Power Pivot, Tabular Models
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Progress towards CFA or CAIA is a plus

Responsibilities

• Use Power BI and performance reporting systems to compile accurate client reports
• Collaborate with SPAR Client Teams to gather information and maintain global reporting templates
• Oversee full lifecycle of periodic reporting processes ensuring proper data practices
• Develop and maintain new data-related content for client deliverables
• Become a domain expert in reporting tools and proprietary systems
