You will partner with hiring managers to design and run inclusive hiring processes, source diverse candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. This is a fixed-term contract role at a mission-driven fintech company.

• Run end-to-end hiring processes and convince candidates to join
• Ensure diversity, inclusion, and excellent candidate experience
• Source candidates from diverse backgrounds and make them feel welcome
• Use data to refine and improve hiring processes
