You'll manage merchant lending growth across a region, leading a large field team. You'll drive loan penetration, cross-sell financial products, and improve portfolio quality. This role offers impact at India's largest merchant acquirer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and manage field sales team of 5-10 Team Leads
• Scale merchant loan penetration across assigned geography
• Drive cross-sell of Gold SIP, Insurance, and other products
• Monitor portfolio quality and conduct audit checks

📋 Requirements

• 8-12 years in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in fintech
• Strong networking with merchants and channel partners
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
• Experience in lending or financial products cross-sell
