Description

You will own products that reconcile fiat and crypto assets, building a universal ledger platform for safe cross-border scaling. You act as the link between finance/operations and engineering, prioritizing initiatives for automated, scalable reconciliation systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Management experience in Platform, Payments, or Treasury
• Understanding of transaction lifecycle and ledger reconciliation
• Outcome-focused, able to set goals aligned with company OKRs
• Ability to gather requirements and define functionality
• Data fluent, comfortable querying data for insights

Responsibilities

• Define product specifications and remove blockers for team execution
• Act as primary link between Finance/Operations and Engineering
• Translate business needs into technical builds
• Identify growth levers and blockers within flows
• Prioritize initiatives for automated, scalable reconciliation systems
