UX Researcher, Quantitative Analysis

Description

You'll design and execute quantitative research, primarily via surveys paired with A/B tests, to understand what drives product sentiment. You'll collaborate with Product, Data Analytics, and Engineering teams to inform decisions that impact millions of TV streamers.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience as a consumer researcher in industry
  • Proven skills in survey design, quantitative analysis, and experimental designs
  • Ability to work with data analysts and UX researchers for cross-functional reporting
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Market Research or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute research initiatives on product/feature sentiment, often in A/B test context
  • Collaborate on experimental A/B test design
  • Work with Product Managers and Data Analysts to identify problems and business goals
  • Collect and analyze user sentiment via surveys, combining with behavioral data
  • Present research insights through written reports and live presentations
