You'll support ISV partners during discovery, integration, and accreditation, and work with global system integrators on technical topics. You'll define joint solution demos and provide escalation support, helping to align Five9 products with partner visions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support ISV partners during discovery, integration, and accreditation
• Provide escalation point for ISV partner integrations with Five9
• Define Select ISV joint solution demos and conduct trainings
• Support partners with APIs and documentation enabling field SCs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Contact Center environment
• Deep technical understanding of Contact Center functionality
• Extensive on-site and web-based presentation experience
• Proven record of successful demonstrations and presentations to close deals

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM, IVR, IVA, AI, Voice Network Architecture, IP Telephony, WFO
• Partner experience in contact center industry
