Description

You will own enterprise sales strategy and execution, driving new business growth and managing national accounts at a pivotal moment for the company. Reporting to the CEO, you will set revenue targets, build a repeatable sales process, and strengthen relationships with brokers and enterprise clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in health insurance or employee benefits sales with jumbo/national focus
  • Proven track record of enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong network in broker/consultant community and benefits leaders
  • Deep understanding of health plan products and self-funded/ASO models
  • Bachelor's degree required
