You'll drive end-to-end delivery and business success of Mindtickle's AI-powered revenue enablement platform. You'll co-own account success with the Client Partner, focusing on value realization and growth. This hybrid role partners with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive customer onboarding and initial implementation aligned with goals
• Manage ongoing deployments and complete project lifecycle for client launches
• Lead discovery sessions to map executive priorities to solutions
• Monitor adoption and health, proactively identify risks and improvements

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in tech consulting or SaaS delivery roles
• Deep experience in technical delivery and system architecture
• Proven project/program management in cross-functional setups
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• MBA or advanced degree
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity
