Lead the Talent Science team to ensure objective, scientifically rigorous hiring processes that select world-class talent. You will drive the strategic project roadmap, mentor team members, and work with senior leadership to influence talent agendas.

Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record with undergraduate degree in psychology or people-based subject
• Track record of team leadership in technology or consulting industry
• Proven ability to coach and mentor a team
• Deep understanding of selection and career frameworks
• Advanced analytical ability using SQL, Python, or statistical analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic Talent Science project roadmap
• Design and implement solutions to hire exceptional talent
• Map talent selection initiatives to high performance and career frameworks
• Coach and mentor team members in analytical and thought leadership skills
• Represent the team and act as credible adviser in Head of's absence
