💼 About This Role

You'll join Harvey's legal team to support commercial contracting for our AI platform used by top law firms. You'll draft and negotiate SaaS agreements while collaborating with go-to-market, product, and security teams. This role offers exposure to product counseling and IP law in a fast-growing AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts and technology agreements
• Provide regulatory and product counsel as needed
• Develop training and resources for sales and cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction and able to practice in California or New York
• 3+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience
• Transactional background including SaaS, technology, or IP licensing
