• Lead complex, multi-sprint initiatives spanning teams
• Set technical direction across user-facing and platform surfaces
• Improve system quality and developer experience via durable abstractions
• Mentor and elevate engineers through async reviews and pairing

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience including ownership of product surfaces
• Experience driving technical direction across teams
• Proven track record of shipping in demanding B2B SaaS environments
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, low-process, async-first settings

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DoD data systems
• Familiarity with CSV/Excel/KML importers
• Strong communication skills in RFCs and cross-functional collaboration
