Description

You will lead and develop a regional team to ensure operational excellence and elevate the employee experience across offices. You'll manage budgets, safety compliance, and cross-functional partnerships while driving continuous improvement. This role is fully on-site five days per week.

Requirements

• 5+ years in workplace operations, office management, or hospitality
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Budget and financial reporting experience
• Knowledge of operational and safety best practices
• Ability to travel for multi-site support

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional workplace team through coaching, performance management, and growth planning
• Oversee budget audits, re-forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, crisis management, and regulatory requirements
• Drive cross-functional alignment with key partners to maintain operational consistency
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency across locations
